My 1GBps Fibre Broadband seems to be very slow. I'm just not enjoying watching Netflix and streaming apps anymore and considering moving to MyRepublic. Is there anyway Starhub can fix this issue?

In the interim, have you tried a hard reboot on your devices? Switch off your modem/ONT and router via the main switch for about 5-10 minutes before turning it back on.
