I had recently subscribed 1G Fiber Broadband, not only Starhub bills had over charged me, but this has been rectified. The speed of the Internet LAN of my TV Box has shown only 75Mbps from the setup.
May I ask Starhub to verify and assist please, I had never able watch a complete movie online since. The movie stopped and always told me network busy. Is this the 1G bps performance standards ?
Can you get Netlink to verify the router setup
Had you tried doing via a direct ONT connection from your TV set top box?
Further to that, could you provide the brand and model of your modem/router/tv set top box for us to assist further.
