Is it possible to request to waive off on the device that I have returned to them? The relocation fees etc I understand but to charge me for the device which i have returned is not acceptable. Any advise thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I have emailed starhub yesterday pertaining to my request to waive the returned ONT device, however awaiting for their reply.
Device returned on 26/6/2018 at NEX outlet.
