I need to add that I contacted Starhub when I last returned to Singapore in June 2016. Bought a new VOIP device.
To date, I still cannot use the VOIP to call out nor receive any calls. There's no dialing tone.
I called a Starhub customer service sometime in Sept/Oct; who said some technician will call me.
But as we can all guess, if the technician call the Singapore VOIP number, there;ll be ringing tone at their end but not mine .
So I am being charge each month since June 2017; and yet cannot use the VOIP service.
Can someone let me know what is my recourse; how I should get the months of money paid for unused VOIP service refunded?
Quick check - have you restarted your modem/ONT and router separately to refresh network connection?
