After a year of usage, I discover more frequently instead of having the previous ~200-300Mbps Wifi, very often Wifi drops to ~80Mbps or less. To verify it is not due to the D-link 868L router, I connect directly to my notebook using Cat6 cable and the speed was still <80Mbps. Feels like being cheated for a lower quality of service with a higher price.
Can Starhub respond to this? My area is Bukit Batok Street 11.
Do contact HOTline 1633 directly to Broadband Tech support line, not CS.

They would Refresh your IP and do follow their procedure which may take several minutes.
