Hi i would like to know why am i never received any recontract voucher for the pass 10-20 years? Infact many of my friends are starhub subscriber receive the voucher. I have called couple of time but what they said that they did not send or given out any voucher anymore. So where do the rest got their voucher from? Seems very weird. Can you check with the trusted starhub services?

For recontract voucher value, there are conditions & criteria, as this apply to most, if not all, Telco(s).

Each Telco(s) do have its own method on this recontract voucher matter.


As HOTline 1633 CS, they are not able to provide such info they are unable to access & check your accounts.
