I've trying to login to my starhub app with my correct ID and password but unsuccessful with error message: timeout exception f-0.
I have no trouble login using web browser.
Thanks for reaching out. Can you please try rebooting your mobile phone? It's also an idea making sure that you've installed the updated version of the My StarHub App.
Alternatively, you can also access My Account by logging in with your Hub iD at: https://www.starhub.com/personal/my-account.html.

Hi there, Thank you for your reply and advise. I've tried both methods of restarting my mobile phone and downloading the latest my starhub app but don't seem to work either.
The web browser login works.
Any other suggestions?
