Request for changes to HomeHub & Mobile Plan

Hello StarHub Team!

I have completed the minimum contract/service period for my HomeHub Plan (Cable TV) and Mobile Plan (SmartSurf Lite) and would like to make changes as described below.


1. HomeHub Plan (Cable TV)
a. Terminate HomeHub Plan
b. Terminate Individual Services under HomeHub Plan except for Fibre Broadband
c. Upgrade/recontract Fibre Brodband plan to ongoing 300Mbps promotion


2. Mobile Plan  (SmartSurf Lite )
a. Change to SIM Only 4G 3 plan
b. Terminate MultiSim service


I wanted to book an eAppointment but based on the services required only Plaza Sing, Vivocity, Tampines Mall and StarHub Green are available.


Is it possible to instead discuss the changes over the phone, and upon confirmation/agreement, I will return the Set Top Box to a nearby StarHub shop? Please confirm or advise otherwise.

Do write to forum staff to assist you.

The sales staff can contact you via phone, regarding to Fibre Broadband sign-up.

As some of your service is handle by Customer Service staff, which are avaiable only in these Starhub shops.


Please submit and provide with the following information;

Registered subscriber name, NRIC/FIN number, all the Services you have, and any other details;

PM @Jolene_L  or  Santosh Rai  to assist and look into your case on this matter
