Terminated my account. There was an overpayment and I called in 3 weeks ago. The CSO said that there will be an automated refund by 2 to 3 weeks. Called in today and different CSO said that no refund was initiated and need another 2 to 4 weeks to complete the refund.
What kind of nonsense is this? If the customer don't call in is SH going to ignore the overpaid?
No wonder they are losing customer with such a lame system.
I am glad that I no longer have to deal with such a lame company but regretted staying too long with them.
We do indeed have an automatic refund in place but this will take some time as such refunds are generated in batches.
We hear you though and will work to see how we can enhance this for our customers.
