I have a recurring payment setup for my broadband. However, i am transfering the service to another person. So my question is, will my recurring payment continue for the service after it is transfered or will it be void?
Hi Derrick, if you're transferring the broadband service to a 3rd party, a new account number will be assigned.
The recurring credit card payment mode will only follow for specific account number. This will mean that when the 3rd party is assigned with a new account number, the default payment mode will be cash.
