We have applied for a transfer of ownership in mid-November from my name to another person's name for a broadband subscription. The new owner is trying to link the account to his hub id, but is not able to. It seems like he was being prompted to key in the right account number.
Does the account number change after a transfer?
Do we receive a notification when the account has successfully transferred? If yes, how are we notified, and who will be notified?
Hi @MinQ, when did you submit your transfer? Usually, the account transfer takes one day to kick in and it won't sync to MSA so quick. So you have to wait at least three days to try to link your account in MSA.
