Hi, I already ported my number to other subscribers since beginning of Jan but why do I still receive the bill from StarHub phone.
In addition i also paid my last bill with starhub in dec.
please do something and I will not be paying for something that I didn’t use.
Enough of disappointment with starhub after 10 years of using.
