I have recently called in to Starhub to suspend my account temporarily with effect from 30th Jun 2016 for 2 months. However, I just received my mobile bill for the service yet to be rendered from 27th Jun to 26 Jul, a large part of which falls under the suspension period.
Does this mean the suspension has not been officially recorded and I should still commence with paying the bill?
You may have to wait for the next bill in order to show if there is prorated amount.
Billing is using billing cycle period, as yours is 27th Jun to 26 Jul.
The Bill date would be 3 - 7 days before 27th Jun.
And the temporarily suspension is not kick-in yet.
Then the next Bill will show the prorated amount from 30th Jun to 26 Jul deducted.
This is how postpaid means.
The current bill did not show the fees for temporarily suspension yet.
The next bill you will see both the prorated deducted and temporarily suspension fee together.
