Hi Starhub,

 

I have written and chased on the resolution of an incorrect charge and the sudden reduction in promotional service period for my account and no one has shown any urgency. Please reply.

 

1 ) Waiver of $50 Installation Fee on your job sheet but still charged to me

 

2 ) 1 year free trial BB suddenly becoming 3 months after I recontract, would have decided otherwise if I knew      this was going to happen.

Responded to PM, chased on email and provided documentary proof of charge waiver, yet still no response. How long does it take for Starhub to realize, admit and refund an incorrect charge?

Once the waiver is submitted by the customer service team, it will be reflected in your invoice within 2 bills, subjected to approval.
