I have recently subscribed to Global Voice Global service and deployed the device to Malaysia (Johor to be exact) connected to TM broadband service. I have been able to make calls and receive calls only after calls were made almost immediately.
However, it seems that people are unable to make calls to the global voice global number after some period of inactivity of the number, i.e. the number is unable to receive calls after some period of inactivity on the phone. The call take sometime to connect and it would disconnect almost immediately.
Is there any technical problem or is there any "keep alive" flag / trigger to ensure that the phone is able to receive calls anytime after periods of inactivity?
