Anyone knows how to activate Digital Voice Softphone after having subscribed to DV Global.
Starhub shop staff is telling me to call 1633 to perform the above task.
But the customer service at 1633 is telling me to go to Starhub shop to activate it.
So which is correct.
I am totally lost now.
