Complaint: Number Porting taking almost 3 months still no courtesy update.

Writing in / calling in to your customer service is just time wasting. Im giving alot of patient.Just to get an update on status, and everybody says the same thing. "I need to get to my relavent department and get back to you..
Simply nobody bothers to reply.

If i have a chance, i would like to terminate all my services with starhub. Truely regretted.

Number porting are done in the Starhub shops, that have Customer Service related matter.

There is an application (for porting authorization) form to be sign by you.

And new Starhub SIM card will issue to you.

 

StarHub Retail Shops located at Marina Bay Link Mall/Plaza Singapura level 1 and basement/Tampines Mall/Nex/VivoCity.

Refer below the link on what to bring along; "Type of Service", etc

I have done up the form before at Parkway branch. You mean I have to travel
down again to these places to fill the form again??

I'm staying in the West, is West Gate possible?

West Gate do have Customer Service counter. 

But let the Customer Service Team (link) to check on your case first.

 

Suggest you to write, and include your porting number to;

Number porting scenario;

1.  Recontract in the shop at Sales counter. Then number porting at the Customer Service counter, separately. Meaning, recontract and number porting to be done separately, after recontract. Both can be done at the same day. Just at 2 different counters.

2.  New sign-up. New SIM card is to be issued.

3.  Change of number using number porting. To be done at the shop, without SIM card, so charges as "Change of mobile number" $20.70 will be include in the next bill.

 

As you did not mentioned at which scenario.

And do not include your personal details on this forum, an open forum.

So, write to the link, so that the Customer Service Team will able to advise.

If the form is the correct for "Number Porting" application, then the CS will handle for you.
