Billing Enquiry

Hi,

I have terminated all of my starhub connections. During my cancellation, I was told that i need to pay 600+ as termination and the monthly bill(which is fixed amount 270). But my final says 1750+ which is huge. I have not received the bill and not able check in starhub App. I lost my job and returned back to India. I would like to know why this huge differences in the amount. How to reach the customer care? Any mail ID available? Or any toll free number? Please help.
