Long tiime customer of Starhub ("Cyberway" time). Recently passed one year anniversary on my Homehub service.Website on account detail and mobile app show my HomeHub 1000 (Fibre) showed "Eligible for early recontract". Called up customer service to enquire and was told no. Subsequent email exchanges with Starhub always standard replies that my contract was still in force and gave me my contract end date. Showed them screenshots of "Eligibility" and asked whether website or mobile app was wrong but final reply was that the existing HomeHub 1000 (Fibre) was no longer being offered.
All I asked was for some clarification but not once did Starhub acknowledge that their communication via their website/app was lacking. Sad - given the many competitors out there, I have started to switch out my non-contracted service.
