Starhub TV d'Lite packs no longer available but still showing the info in the below webpage, i try to recontract after seeing this page, but as per sales person all d'Lite packs no longer available.
unlike singtel TV, now like it or not with Starhub must subcribe to minimum 3 basic groups, even no one going to watch these channels, and add-on the channels we want to watch.
atleast update the web pages to show the valid packages available.
This Starhub TV d'Lite packs are still applicable to those who are still on this service.
And there is no offer to public on this service for quite some time already since last year.
Also those on this service are usually on Cable Set Top box.
Some customers are offer this service as part of some promotion where they may able to continue.
At the same time they are offer to upgrade to Fibre TV if they want to.
Hence this webpage on this service info is required for those still have this TV D'Lite service.
i am not starhub staff.
I am currently on cable , no more contract - cannot sign up for this pack
Want to change to fibre tv - also cannot sign up for this pack
The faq says can sign up for this pack if there is no remaining contract, is that right ? , thats wrong info .
The D'Lite Packs are indeed no longer available for sign up. You can opt to replace it with the Go Streaming Box at www.starhub.com/go-box?icid=int-31B-StarHubCM-201808-cm-prodSer instead.
Not all the Channels from d'lite packs available on streaming box, only limited groups with no add-on channels.
Please be advised that channels availability differs between platforms, Fibre TV / StarHub Go / StarHub Go Streaming Box.
Do check for the availability of the channel you want to watch, then purchase the corresponding services to enjoy the show. Hope this clarifies.
While we have stopped offering d'lite packs on our Fibre TV, it is possible to sign up for a single pack on StarHub Go / StarHub Go Streaming Box. Hope this helps.
Do note that promotion changes from time to time. Do stay tuned to our web page / Facebook for any future updates on this.
