Trust starhub to get rid of beautiful channels like HGTV Discovery n animal planet n keep Trash channels like E! Please leave HGTV Animal Planet Discovery n Food Network n Foxnews alone n get rid of E!

We are working hard to negotiate a deal which would allow Discovery and StarHub to continue our partnership while offering our customers the same content at a reasonable price. Unfortunately, at this juncture, we are still unsuccessful in renewing the Discovery suite of channels.

Discovery is smart. First, they offer the full suite to Singtel (maybe at a discount now). Then they up their demands when it comes time for contract renewal negotiation.

Anyway, that's for the future. For now, I'm happy that fans of HGTV/AFC/Food Network have an alternative source to turn to.
