Re: Cost Involved

Hi,

If you want to swap channels you can DIY via your accounts.

There will be no cost in switching of Channels.

But do note that you need to maintain a minimum of 3 basic Tiers.

For other Channels you can add/remove whenever you wish to.

The subscription for non basic tiers will be prorated accordingly.

Login with your Hub iD to your Account to either My Starhub App or Starhub.com

Go to My subscribed services - (HomeHub) - TV - Modify TV Channels

Do your selection and confirmation.

Most of the time this will take effect, within hour, after a SMS sent to your preferred mobile.

i am not starhub staff &or related to.

Re: Cost Involved

Be careful. I added a group but decided to remove it after a month, Starhub asking for $180 in fine. Its equal to 6 month subscription cost for that group. Either I have to pay for 6months to terminate or get stuck with it for next 11months, a situation no customer would like.
