Bad connection since few weeks ago and went worse over the last 3 days.
Called your techinical support line (1633) 3 times (including today, 2nd Jan around 1230hrs). Each one of them told me that they will call me back within 24hrs but nothing happened as of now.
So i want to know, are you going to solve my problem???
