We have MaxOnline Express but I can't get any answers about changing the service to our new address. I get promises for someone to ring me back. I need internet as I work from home and we now have only 5 days to get it sorted before we move
Maxonline no issue provided you can shift the modem yourself and the new place is connectted to starhub network. Just call the customer service and tell them your new address. Moving the modem is also easy. Just plug out the co-ax and the AC power and connect back the same way it was connectted before. You won't go wrong.
