help! no internet in the night

hi
recontract cable broadband DPC3925 was install on 25 may. ssso r working until past 3 nights, wasn't able to access internet during the night either both wifi & lan. it was working in the day though.

stay in the west so wondering if any faces the same issues.

again internet was fine today in the morning. I was hoping 17 jun maintenance may have fix my issue. apparently not! and now at 7pm ++ I lose my internet access for 4th night! checking the DPC3925 status, it couldn't even acquire ip address from starhub. may I guess its capacity issues or ip address range got fully utilized?

this sort of issues won't be able to fix via starhub hotline easily. so hoping some kind starhub engineer would look at this frustrating problem!

morning and it's working again. what's going on starhub?
its all 0.0.0.0 last night even after few modem resets

Hi ry,

I suspect RF noise in your area which may be caused by one of your neighbours
We may have to investigate and trace the source if this is the case

Today I left DPC3925 on in the afternoon (around time when my internet was usually working) until I come back from work in night, hopefully it stay working. indeed it still working tonight as i type.

 

also i have submit the case as you advise, only to get same old questions of checking wired/wireless working, check LED status etc etc. it's not going anywhere I afraid

 

and as if to add salt to injury, today i recieve a shocking billing $456! includes a early termination charge for previous Maxonline 25mbps?! why is it so? i was offered to upgrade to 100M cable modem because my older modem will not be supported due to your network upgrades, no additional charges.


starhub, i got upgrade barely a month (from 25 may 2013), got half ass access that can't work at night and now you slapping it with termination charges? can you feel my frustation, starhub???!!!
