I have been using this cable modem Cisco DPC3925 provided by starhub for almost 2 years now and the contract is ending this June. But since April, been encountering intermittent disconnection and now the US light has been blinking for straight 3 days. Called their customer service and told me to wait for their calls for a 24 hours per day. And this has not resolved the issue. Started looking online tried the mention methods but it didn't work as well. Any help is appreciated. Or I will be starting to look into plans from other ISP when the contract ends.
