No broadband access macpherson area, 2nd time in the month
It's 2nd time in the month, 7th-8th time within half a year, no connection , called 1633 every time, go through troubleshoot they instructed n always end up given answer, 'we'll get relevant dept to contact u' Bcos of the network problem, it also affect home phone service, my mobile data plan n calling usage shoots up, will I be compensated? That's bcos I m a hubber, both of the services are affected. I come home everyday worrying my broadband connection not working
Used Singtel , works 365 days a year. Pls investigate what's wrong with my current connection, I really need a resolution instead of receiving calls saying it has been resolved 2-3 days later (was told the escalated case take 24-48 hours to be resolved) .

We can't connect thru wire as the modem connected to cable point in living room while our pcs are all in the room It's cable service. It was back on on Thursday n fri, but down again today, feel like crying lad. Can this be escalated and resolved?
