Modem us light blinking, no internet connection.

Hi, Since yesterday night my modem has lost Internet connection and is stuck on the US light. Windows diagnostics tells me it couldn't connect to the dns servers. Usually a power cycle or two would fix this, but it's not working this time. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Not yet. It's been like this since last night.

Hi there, I'm been experiencing the same problem for the past 2 days & it's greatly affecting my family daily activities. Would appreciate it if you can please check the signal. My modem MAC ID is 34BDFAE4B134. Thanks so much!

@SuperDog  (Actually i use notepad to write and when need, i simply copy & paste. hehe)

As the Customer Service Team (such as @Jere_Lim) also handle all Service related matters.

Yours is on technical issue, the CS will still refer to that dept, so as they or the CS will reply.

 

Meanwhile, do PM to  @Santosh Rai  and request him to follow-up for you.

That is if no response from the technical dept. which may also contact you directly.

As he and the Customer Service Team are active in here.

Unless you create a new thread and do describle the problem in details.
