I'm a current starhub broadband user. I recontracted my starhub broadband last week during the pc show, via handphone. I took the 100mbps cable home broadband @ $49.90 which included
- free 6 month subscription fee
- free wireless gateway,
- free activation and installation
- free 7.2mbps mobile broadband
- free home phone line
- anytime tv.
Today, the staff come to my house to install and set up the wireless modem. However, i only rcv the wireless gateway. I asked but he say the remaining items are not under his in charge. Then i called the starhub help service 2 time, one at 3pm+ and the other at 5pm+. I was told that i will be called back but till now, no news.
Now, my internet speed is still 25mbps (same as before) , my home phone line not working and i rcv nothing other than the wireless gateway.

today i rcv the 100mpbs for the internet, no longer 25mbps.
However, the remaining stuff i haven rcv anything yet. I also nvr rcv any call from starhub.
