I first informed you about my problem wil the internet on Sunday evening. The call center said she could not help me as she was not from the technical team but will transfer my case to the team.
On Monday monring, my mom called 1633 to inform about the same case and they promised a callback within 24 hours. I called 1633 again yesterday afternoon during working hours and the "technical team" said that i need to be by my modem to assist to troubleshoot. Since I am working, they said i could call again when I am home because they are available "24 hours". I reach home last night at 10pm. called 1633 again and the call center said they can't transfer me to the technical team because THEY ONLY ANSWER EMAILS.
So now my mom just called again, waiting at home to try to troubleshoot, but again, the reply we get is to wait for call back within 24 hours!
What is going on starhub? my internet is down, phone line is down, and its so tiriing having to repeat the same story so many times.
I demand an explanation and immediate assistance to the issue.
