DCM-712 - VOIP modem - not able to connect to Internet & not able to make calls

Hi there,

 

For more than 10-years been starhub Customer. Need help.

For the last three months, the internet connection via cable modem was not stable.

 

First I thought it is router issue and bought a new router (DIR-880L - AC1900 Wireless DualBand Gigabit Router) and tried out.

I tried disconnecting the modem and router and then connected again.

There is no internet or not able to make call.

Then directly connected modem to my laptop with ethernet LAN cable. Still there is no internet.

 

Cable modem - DCM-712 is the cable modem currently being used.

I managed to capture the modem's activitiy for the last two days at various times.

 

It seems like cable modem - dcm-712 is faulty.

Which starhub shop able to replace this cable modem - dcm-712 with the new one?
