Can anyone advise me on how to cancel/ terminate my cable broadband and digital voice services. First of all, Hotline 1633 is ridiculously non existence and to make matters worse when I proceed to StarHub Westgate, I was informed they only do sales and to go to other specific outlets to do the cancellation. And non of the outlets are in the west side where I reside.
Get back to me ASAP STARHUB!
Do bring along the devices, if any, to Starhub shops with Customer Service staff.

Marina Bay Link Mall/Plaza Singapura level 1 and basement/Tampines Mall/Nex/VivoCity.
Suggest you to write to forum staff to check if you need to return any device.
That is to say it may be the device; modem is free or not.
At the same time do include that you need to terminate this service.

Registered subscriber name, NRIC/FIN number, Address, and any other details;

in general have same question, but I have only cable broadband and contract expired long time ago.
Router is from January 2013 and had been informed by the staff in Westgate that I don't need to return it.
But there is no way I can get anyone on 1633 phone to request cancellation.
