We will show you how to install the Wireless Home Gateway to access the Internet, in a few simple steps.
First, connect the fibre patch from the Optical Network Terminal to the Termination Point. Then, insert one end of the Ethernet cable into the WAN port on the back of the Wireless Home Gateway and the other end of the cable to the specified port of the Optical Network Terminal
For wired connection, simply insert one end of the Ethernet cable into the Ethernet (LAN) port on the back panel of the Wireless Home Gateway and the other end of the cable to an Ethernet Adapter or available Ethernet port on your computer.
If you have a telephone service with StarHub, Insert a telephone cable into the Phone 1 port at the back of Wireless Home Gateway and then connect the other end of the cable to your telephone set.
Connect the power adapter to the power input at the back panel of the Wireless Home Gateway and then plug the other end of the power adapter to a wall outlet or power strip. On the front panel of the device, the Power LED will light up to indicate proper operation.
Check the LED display on the front panel of the device to confirm that the following connections have been made: WLAN, WAN, LAN and Prov/Alm (if you have a telephone service with StarHub).
The setup of your Fibre-ready Wireless Home Gateway is complete and you can access the Internet now.
