Internet not working

Hi. I have been unable to get an internet connection for the last 2 days. The US and "Online" LED indicators keep blinking. 

MAC ID is 3C754ABF521A

Please help resolve this issue as soon as possible.

Hi Aishwarya, does the issue persists over wired connection?

Yes. I have tried connecting the modem directly to the laptop via an Ethernet port and have been unable to get an internet connection.
