Yes I have restarted the modem and even reset it a couple of times
Is your router &or computer connect directly to ONT (Huawei) Port-1.
Other ports are invalid &or not in use, depend.
For using IPTV, the connection is to ONT Port-2
For home Tel, connection to Tel-1
