Recently i did a recontract to fibre broadband and it says after completing the installation will receive a letter/email regards to the free samsung tab promo that i sign up for. I didn't receive any letter/email but instead i receive a message reminder on my appointment tomorrow 11am-1pm.
1) neither me nor my husband made this appointment. Appointment reminder was send to my husband mobile instead of mine (i'm the subscriber not him)
2) no location? Are we supposed to pick it up somewhere or will it be delivered?
3) if its supposed to be delivered to our house, can change the appointment date or location?
