1633 inadequate knowledege

Hi, 

 

I have some question with regards to my home broadband and cable TV promo as I may want to terminate my broad band however, I called in 1633 and the staff was not able to provide me with any answer putting me on hold for close to 20 mins in our 30 mins conversation. 

 

In the end i was left with more question.
