StarHub Go not working on IPad mini

Both live channel and content only open for 1-2 second and the screen goes blank when watching it on IPad mini.

 

No problem for Android devices though.

 

Please help.

Yes, tried that - several combination with restart and etc. Still problem persisted.

No update since 8th Apr in Forum nor PM.

 

I have tried:

1. Restart IPad

2. Reinstall the App

3. Remove the Device from starhubgo.com

 

None of above help.

I just got ant PM asking me the same question again. 

 

Is this how it work? Asking the same questions over and over again by different person to annoy the already frustrated customer???? If yes, then your team did a good job, I'm frustrated and annoyed now. Can you please look at how to resolve my problem now?

 

Any StarHub manager here?

Hi Richard,

Finally somebody notice my post after 7 months.

 

Yes, finally my problem was resolve but the experience with StarHub was very unpleasant.

 

And the solution was provided privately. I thought forum is a channel for everyone to discuss and seek help, what is the point having a forum when all the communication is response privately?

Yes, I agree with you. You may provide the solutions here which will benefit other Starhub customers.

Starhub customer delivery is not up to standard yet and has not change yet since 2010 when I have services with them. They still use many contract staffs instead if perm staffs for the CS team.
