My Starhub TV+ keep telling me to subscribe even though I have a subscription

My Starhub TV+ keep telling me to subscribe even though I have a subscription. It had been a whole day and I'm still unable to watch even CH 8. This is recurring, once every few days, TV+ just wouldn't load despite rebooting and waiting. It will also tell me error loading account but my status is ON-NET. My parents are very pissed off and prefer fibre TV like the good old days before re contracting. Does anyone else have such issue? How to resolve this?

Hi @user_ccf08e, sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. Just to check, which router are you using? Also, please ensure your StarHub TV+ Box firmware is updated. Just go to Device Preferences > About > System Update > Check for update.

Hi @Carla_P as expected, TV+ is working today. I just don't like how it can stop working every now and then. I will try your method next time it happen again. Thanks a lot.
