Connection problems with Star Hub TV+

Hi,

I just switched to Star Hub TV+ and experiencing some connection problems after installing.  Called the technician

and they solved the problem.  (Using Nokia Beacon and Linksys EA8100)

For my internet (Laptop), I can still use Linksys without the Nokia Beacon, but for my TV+...

I need to turn my WIFI from my handphone.  Is that how it works? I have do it every time I need to watch my TV+?

Hi @, I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with your internet and TV service. Let me just clarify, is your StarHub TV+ Box on a wired or wireless connection to your router? And what router are you using?
