Contract Termination of Postpaid Connection from Abroad.

Hi Team, I am currently abroad and need to end the mobile postpaid contract from Abroad. Also request you to please generate the bill in advance before terminating contract as my bank account is connected to this number, hence I can just pay and then get the contract terminated in sometime.

How to terminate SIM only (non-contract) plan

I am leaving Singapore and would like to terminate SIM-only plan (non-contract). Do I need to visit Starhub shop or return my SIM card? Or is it Ok just to let it know to Starhub support center?

Terminate StarHub TV & Broadband

Hi, My StarHub TV & Broadband contract is going to expire soon and I do not wish to continue the subscription. Please advise what should I do with the StarHub TV box and Broadband router? Also, do I need to inform StarHub customer service on the contract termination? Thanks.

Free disney+ promotion for 12 months on new s21 mobile+ plan not reflected in app?

I activated Disney+ through my starhub app for my new mobile+ 65 plan with Samsung s21. Although it is specifically mentioned that the promotion is valid in the faq, upon activating the plan, I'm stuck with the 6 month bundle with first 2 months free.
