Why is StarHub broadbands ALWAYS down !!!! It is happening at about every 3 months?? Why it is the support so poor ?

It is been having this issues at about every 3 months and always the fiber modem showing “ LOS” (flashing Red ). And always said it not their fault is the OpenNet company fibre networks issues not theirs . my question is who am l paying  the broadband services to ??? Do anyone

About recontract broadband service agreement

Hi Starhub, I just received a phone call from StarHub about recontracting broadband. They emailed me the new agreement after the call. The Subscription service is "Free 3 months 1Gbps Broadband @$39.90/mth", but I am asked to be charged $ 69.90 monthly. Could you please help check it again? Thanks

StarHub tv box issues arising every few months

Frequent Fibre Internet connection and TV+ issues
