Hi Starhub, I just received a phone call from StarHub about recontracting broadband. They emailed me the new agreement after the call. The Subscription service is "Free 3 months 1Gbps Broadband @$39.90/mth", but I am asked to be charged $ 69.90 monthly. Could you please help check it again? Thanks

StarHub tv box issues arising every few months

The StarHub box has been giving me issues slow lagging issues . Technician came twice to Change box change even blame it on my passport hard disk drive .Went down to change even a new hard disk. Now the problems started again !!! Looks like my nightmare with StarHub never ends. Even using a free fib

Frequent Fibre Internet connection and TV+ issues

Have been a loyal StarHub customer since 2013 - Cable, Fiber, mobile and never had any issues. Since re-contract in early June 2021 where I was forced to choose TV+, it has been nightmare with constant breaking of internet connection requiring restarting the same Google/Nest Wifi router or the Fiber
