Out of contract - want to change from Postpaid 4G plan to a SIM only plan

500 recontract voucher

Early recontract voucher for xl should be yearly. How come my contract is 1st june 2020 to 1st june 2022. And they told me that i will be having my 500 voucher on  Feb 2022. It contradicts the yearly issuance. Its 20 mos already

Phone was not delivered

i did a new sign up with a new device, (online) and payment alrdy made. date of delivery was supposed to be on monday from 6.30-8.30 but the iphone was not delivered. gave starhub a call for three times, and they say they will call back. its been three days, i still haven’t recieve my phone???
