Can send SMS but cannot receive

Over more than two months, I can’t send SMS but I can’t receive them. Already dialled the barring code to cancel outgoing SMS barring, but Somehow it was not successful. Can you help me with this? FYI, currently using prepaid SIM card from outside of Singapore. Thanks.

Hi, currently I’m on $80 2 year plan. I’m eligible to recontract on the 1st Oct and my contract ends on 28 feb 2022. Will i be able to recontract to Sim Only 1 year plan on the 1st Oct or i have to wait till my contract ends? Thanks.
