What do people think about StarHub employees asking about your hub ID password?
Hi @user_005d23. let me just clarify, were you asked through a call? Please be informed StarHub usually asks for personal details to verify the account, we will never ask for a password or OTP.

For privacy reasons, I do not agree that correspondence via fb is the correct way - that means you will get more information than needed from fb. Please suggest another way.
