Entrapment billing from StarHub & Amazon prime membership
StarHub customer care is being very irresponsible for the termination of my Amazon prime subscription as well. Called in to terminate as ‘my StarHub app’ does not have the function.
Customer care assured that termination has been done before the trial period but I was still billed for the Amazon prime services.
Seems to be a hoax and entrapment by both StarHub & Amazon prime
