Being scammed for over 10 years

Being a loyal starhub customer for over 10 years is probably the biggest scam that I have fallen into...  they are giving the new routers to new sign-ups but is shafting the old routers to existing users and not even helping us when we want to recontract.. why am I even paying my bills every month?

Hi @limkayyong, StarHub wants to ensure that all our customers whether new or existing always get the best value when they avail of our products and services. Currently, we are offering the Smart WiFi Pro as a bundle to new customers who sign up for our 2Gbps Fibre Broadband, and HomeHub Netflix and those existing customers who recontract to 2Gbps Fibre Broadband.

Rest assured that we are continuously reviewing our offers so that everyone gets the maximum savings.

the difference between 1 unit that 2 unit is $288, and for existing customer you are forcing them to get 2gbps, which is about 20 dollars more per month, effectively existing customers would have to spend close to an additional $800 over 2 years.

May I know what is it that you are ensuring?
