URGENT - not receiving OTP from overseas

Hi, I am currently overseas and I urgently need to receive my OTP but I am not receiving any SMSes. Please help ASAP.

Hi Jere, 

 

Restarting the phone doesn't help. I have sent you a PM yesterday, waiting for a response. Please help to get this resolved soon. I badly need to receive SMS and my OTP. Thank you in advance.

I have same issue. I need to recieve otp urgrnt today but I csnnot as I am in malaysia. Pls help

Hi @Shbtan, did you activate your roaming service before leaving SG? If yes, ensure that your device’s data roaming setting is switched on? Also, try to manually connect to a network instead of automatic. Additionally, make sure that your device’s APN setting is set to "shppd" if you're on prepaid or “shwap" for postpaid.

 

If the issue still persists, I highly suggest that you contact StarHub on Facebook or Twitter as this will require us to check your number settings' back end, which I don't have access to.
