Unable to receive OTP

Hi,

I am currently overseas on a pre-paid SIM.

I am able to receive messages and OTP from Starhub when I log into the Starhub Pre-paid app, but unable to receive OTP from other apps.

I have set it on roaming, I tried restarting my mobile, clear cache, un-install and re-install the app but still to no avail.

Please let me know if I should do anything else.

Hi @Alzo, sorry for the inconvenience caused. Have you tried to insert your SIM Card to another device to see if the issue persists?

I have also tried putting the SIM card on another device and it's also not working for me. Forgot to mentioned this on my initial post.
